Come On Barbie Let's Go Party

It's that time of the year, so of course I will have another fashion week post. Also, because I have been so busy with school I haven't done anything worth writing about, but that's besides the point. This collection is genius and deserves to be talked about by everyone.

Jeremy Scott's Moschino SS15 at MFW waS LITERALLY MY FAVORITE THING EVER. I'm absolutely in love with the barbie theme because it's just so girly and sassy and pink and spring and baby spice and what I want my whole closet to be.

Can we also talk about how much the models actually look like barbie dolls???!!!!! I legit had to zoom in and stare at the leg to make sure it was a real human and not some sort of life size barbie doll. Cue Tyra Banks and one of the best movies of my childhood.

Adding the black and gold outfits to the bright pinks and blue collection was the best part. It made the colors look fun and cute just like Barbie, but brought out the more fashion sexy side of the plastic world with the darker pieces.

The finale included dresses that girls dreamed about since they were 5. Seeing them brought to life made everything better and wanting it all over again. The big sequins and tulle bottom was exactly what everyone needed in fashion week.

From the vanity phone case for iPhone 5's to the mesh jackets and matching skirts, everything from Moschino S/S 15 is to die for. Bringing barbie to life is something everyone dreams of, but only a few can get it done. And Jeremy Scott absolutely nailed it.

XOXO
